Repurposed Vintage Water Ski & Yardsticks Chalkboard
Hey friends! I've got another repurposed water ski creation fresh from the garage. I was a refreshing change after the massive undertaking of the Water Ski Beer & Soda Opening Stations (HERE) - (HERE) - (HERE) and (HERE) Haha!
This last one for a while (probably and maybe) serves the purposed of a chalkboard, organizer, message center...
Up top I have one of the metal fins from one of the water skis to play along with the theme. It holds the reversible sign to let folks know if you're "IN" or "OUT".
I turned vintage brass label holders upside down to hold keys or whatever else you need to hang up and you can change out the labels from what I placed in there if you need to.
I always enjoy using vintage yardsticks so I used them to frame up the holding tray for the chalk and the eraser. The chalkboard creation is super sturdy and features a heavy wire assembly in back and is ready to hang.
